Return and Refund Policy for Aiishwa


1. Eligibility for Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fragrances with broken seals).
  • Beauty and care products if opened.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at inquiry@aiishwa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the return form.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Aiishwa is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
