At Aiishwa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and Shopify’s merchant guidelines.


Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee is charged


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Customers can’t request returns for products listed as Final Sale


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund

  • In most cases, the item does not need to be returned


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs clearance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse or improper handling


Shipping & Customs Notice

  • Some products are shipped from international suppliers

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspection or carrier delays

  • Such delays are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks


Chargeback & Fraud Protection

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback

  • Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order restriction

  • We maintain delivery confirmation and fulfillment records for all orders
